  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Do Not Track (DNT) is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites

While using Our Service, We don't ask You to provide Us with any personally identifiable information that can be used to identify You.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.
Information Collected while Using the Application
We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.
Use of Your Statistical Data
The Company may use this Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To contact You: Via a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.For our business purposes, such as audits, security, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, fraud monitoring and prevention.
  • For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as evaluating and improving our Service, products, services, and your experience.
We do not rent or sell your information. We may share your information with third parties as described in this Policy. We may share Your information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We may share Your information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.
  • For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
  • With Your consent: We may disclose Your information for any other purpose with Your consent.

In addition, we may use third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with information about your use of the Services. We do not share your information with these third parties, but these analytics services providers may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies on the services and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you which they may collect over time and across different websites.

We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. Once the retention period expires, Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

We act as a data controller and a data processor when handling statistical Information, unless we have entered into a data processing agreement with you in which case you would be the data controller and we would be the data processor.

Retention of Your Data
The Company will retain Your Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Data
Your information is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data. We don't collect any information that can be used to identify You.

We may share your data with your consent, or as necessary to make the Game available to you. We also share data with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this Policy.
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement

We do not collect any information which can identify your personality but in the event we become aware that the security of the Services has been compromised or any Information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the User as a result of the breach or if notice is otherwise required by law. When we do, we will post a notice on the Services.
Security of Your Data
We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of Information in our control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed.
Therefore, while we strive to protect your Information, you acknowledge that (i) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (ii) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and the Services cannot be guaranteed; and (iii) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party, despite best efforts.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 14.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 14.
Managing information
You are able to delete Information we have about you. The Information you can delete may change as the Services change. When you delete Information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our obligations to our affiliates and partners, and for the purposes described below. We do not collect any personal data.
Transfers of data outside the EU economic area
We may transfer data with our affiliates and partners in the EU/EEA and outside the EU/EEA. If the data transferring outside the EU/EEA is not covered by an EU Commission adequacy decision, we use lawful safeguards referred to in Article 46 GDPR. Please feel free to contact us for additional information on third country data transfers and other security measures. We do not collect any data which can identify your personality.

You have the right to obtain information from us on how we handle your data, to see copies of all data held by us and to request that your data is amended, corrected or deleted from our systems. You can also limit, restrict or object to the processing of your data. We do not collect any personal data.

  • Access, update or delete the information we have on you.
  • Request erasure of your data when there is no good reason for us to continue processing it.
  • Withdraw your consent on using your data. Please note that we may not be able to provide you with access to certain specific functionalities of the Service if you have withdrawn your consent.
Cross-Border Data Transfer

Please note that we may be transferring your information outside of your region for storage and processing and around the globe. By using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.

As a Californian resident you may have all the required access to and learn about all the categories of information collected in the last 12 months, the sources from which they were collected, and how they are used and shared as we clarify all these means in this Policy. You may also contact us to learn about all the details via Email. We do not collect any personal data.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers or mobile market services incorporate a Do Not Track feature that may signal to third parties that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Tracking is not the same as using or collecting information in connection with a Service. For these purposes, tracking refers to collecting personally identifiable information from consumers who use or visit a website or online service as they move across different services over time. The legal way on how browsers and mobile apps communicate the Do Not Track signal is not yet uniform. As a result, the Services are not yet set up to interpret or respond to Do Not Track signals communicated by your browser or an app. Even so, as described in more detail throughout this Policy, we only use and collect your technical information only, which can not identify your personality in any way. We do not collect any personal data.
Your rights under the CCPA
As of the 1st January 2020, according to the California consumer privacy act, all Californian citizens have a right to access to all information or data that a company has related to them. We do not collect any personal data.

We may share your technical data with the third-parties, such as Amplitude and Meta.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, so please view it often. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
